Logging into OrderCircle

 

As a customer the first thing you’ll need to do to use OrderCircle is to log into the application. This is a simple process.

 
  1. Visit the unique website address that your seller (brand) has sent you.

  2. It will probably be similar to theirbusinessname.ordercircle.com.

  3. If you can’t remember the login website address, please contact your brand or our support team.

  4. Once you’ve entered the address, you’ll see the following screen.

  5. You’ll see your seller’s business name and logo at the top of the screen.

  6. Enter your username and password; you should have received this from your brand.

  7. Select “Remember Me” if you don’t want to login each time you use OrderCircle.

  8. Click login or press “Enter.”

Other functions on this screen

There are several other areas you can access from the login screen:

  • If you want to request a buyer’s account, click “Request a Wholesale Account” to get one setup.

  • You can search for items in the shop by entering their description or SKU in the search box.

  • You can browse items in the shop on this page.

  • You can filter the items you see on the login page by selecting a category in the dropdown list next to “Filter by.”
