Logging into OrderCircle

 

As a seller (vendor / brand) the first thing you’ll need to do to use OrderCircle is to log into the application. This is a simple process.

 
  1. Visit the unique website address that was created when you setup your vendor account. This is similar to yourbusinessname.ordercircle.com.(If you can’t remember your login website address go to https://ordercircle.com/login).
     

  2. Once you’ve entered the address, you’ll see the following screen.

  3. You’ll see your business name (and logo if you’ve uploaded one) at the top of the screen.
     

  4. Enter your username and password (the username for brand owners is “admin”).
     

  5. Select “Remember Me” if you don’t want to login each time you use OrderCircle.
     

  6. Click login or press “Enter.”
     

  7. This will take you to your dashboard.<link>

 



Other functions on this screen

There are several other areas you can access from the login screen:

  • If your buyer doesn’t have a vendor account, they can click “Request a Wholesale Account” to request one from you.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot password?” link.

  • You can search for items by entering their description or SKU in the search box (The public storefront can be disabled on the <settings page>).

  • You can filter the items you see on the login page by selecting a category in the dropdown list next to “Filter by.”
